Phase 1 includes towers A and B, with 11 residences in total, as well as operational common areas. The gym and restaurant kitchen are equipped in Phase 2.
Yes. Phase 1 is 100% delivered and sold under the full ownership scheme. Currently, only some fractions are available.

Yes. Each fraction is formalized through a public deed via a trust, granting real title and legal protection.
Ancana is the exclusive fractional operator and is in charge of administration, operation, and coordination together with Brickon.
Yes. Fractional owners can access the rental program operated by Brickon.
Fractions are available starting from USD $90,000, fully furnished.
The total annual cost per fraction is between USD $6,000 and $7,000, depending on the apartment.
It includes property tax, trust fees, maintenance, property management, cleaning, utilities, insurance, linen replacement and consumables, HOA fee, and all necessary costs for a worry-free stay.
Operating costs include practically all expenses. Additionally, the fractional scheme contemplates:

• Ancana administration fee: USD $100 monthly per fraction
• Proportional trust cost: approximately USD $180 annually per fraction
Maintenance per fraction is divided as follows:

Monthly: Approximately $8,000 MXN. Includes cleaning, maintenance, utilities, HOA fee, capital reserve, and property management.
Annual: Approximately $14,700 MXN. Includes property tax and insurance.
It includes total ownership of the property, access to all development amenities, and the option to participate in the rental program.
Approximately $60 MXN per m² per month. The HOA is managed by Real Management, a company with over 20 years of experience in residential development management.
It is optional when usage is exclusively private and mandatory if the property enters the rental program.
Brickon is the official operator of the rental program, property management, and hospitality services.
It is in charge of professional cleaning, preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, repairs, and comprehensive supervision of each unit, ensuring that every stay is a frictionless experience.
